- DMPTool This link opens in a new windowThe DMPTool is a free, open-source, online application that helps researchers create data management plans. These plans, or DMPs, are now required by many funding agencies as part of the grant proposal submission process. The DMPTool provides a click-through wizard for creating a DMP that complies with funder requirements. It also has direct links to funder websites, help text for answering questions, and resources for best practices surrounding data management.

- caNanoLab (cancer Nanotechnology Laboratory)caNanoLab is a data sharing portal designed to facilitate information sharing across the international biomedical nanotechnology research community to expedite and validate the use of nanotechnology in biomedicine. caNanoLab provides support for the annotation of nanomaterials with characterizations resulting from physico-chemical, in vitro and in vivo assays and the sharing of these characterizations and associated nanotechnology protocols in a secure fashion.
- Clinical TrialsClinicalTrials.gov is a resource provided by the U.S. National Library of Medicine. It is a database of privately and publicly funded clinical studies conducted around the world.
- Electron Microscopy Data Bank | Protein Data Bank in EuropePublic repository for electron microscopy density maps of macromolecular complexes and subcellular structures. It covers a variety of techniques, including single-particle analysis, electron tomography, and electron (2D) crystallography.
- ZenodoThis repository covers all fields of research and all types of research artifacts. It registers DOIs for all deposited records. It follows the FAIR data principles (findable; accessible; interoperable; reusable).
