Grant Writing For Library Staff

The mission of the Office of Research and Innovation is to encourage, facilitate, and support the Miami University community in its effort to conduct all forms of research, education, scholarly, creative, service, and outreach activities, and to assist in obtaining external funding to support research endeavors.

The Grants & Contracts Office (G&C) conducts the centrally organized administrative, business and financial functions related to post-award grant and contract administration.

G&C assists faculty, principal investigators and their administrators in the management of individually sponsored projects consistent with both Miami University's academic and research policies as well as the stewardship requirements and obligations of our external sponsors.

The Research Computing Support (RCS) group works to foster a collaborative and engaging learning and research environment for faculty and students by assisting you with the use of technology so that researchers can concentrate on core research activities.

The Office of Institutional Research and Effectiveness (OIRE) supports the university's planning and decision-making processes through the analysis and dissemination of information about students, faculty/staff, and finances as well as through the administration and analysis of institutional surveys and research projects. OIRE serves as a resource for all Miami University campuses.
