Zotero is an open source citation management software that works with Microsoft Office and Google Docs.

The 4R's of paraphrasing
Realize-figure out which words cannot be changed
Reword-replace words with synonyms
Rearrange-change the sentence format; move the phrases around
Recheck-determine if you have all the important information and that the new statement makes sense
