Curious what an embedded librarian can do for your course? Having an embedded librarian in your Canvas course sites is a great way to strengthen students’ academic research skills and information literacy.
Regional campus librarians can help students master these skills through custom research guides embedded in your Canvas course site. Contact us to discuss your goals and we will tailor the guide to match them.
If you already collaborate with an embedded librarian, please let us know what we can do to help further support your students with their online work. If you would like to schedule an online instruction session or set up appointments for students to meet individually with a librarian, we are happy to work with you to find a time and method that best supports your course and your students.
If you have any questions about services or resources, please feel free to contact

Credo Instruct (formerly Credo InfoLit Modules) includes 80 digital resources to develop students' information literacy. Items include text tutorials, videos, interactive exercises to practice concepts, quizzes, plus a pre and post test to assess baseline and learning. Watch this brief overview video.
The tabs for each module include a list of learning outcomes, direct links to individual items in each module, and LTI links that can be used to place the items in Canvas (an instruction sheet is also linked).
For more information about these modules, please visit the Credo Instruct guide or contact one of the Regional Librarians.
