Middletown TEC Lab Makerspace: Home

Welcome to the TEC Lab Makerspace!

  • The TEC Lab Makerspace was founded as a place for you to Tinker, Envision, and Create!
  • Here's a brief definition of a makerspace.  Essentially, it is a collection of items intended to inspire creativity and innovation, and a place where we keep supplies and equipment for you to make stuff
  • It is located in Room 125 of the Gardner-Harvey Library (GRD).

How can I use the TEC Lab?

  • Attend one of our workshops (on hiatus for Spring 2021)!
  • For Spring 2021, to allow for social distancing and to cope with having fewer staff in the library each day, we encourage you to make an appointment to use the TEC Lab.  Contact us to schedule a time to use the Lab during the library's open hours.
  • Sign our user agreement to work independently!
  • Ask us for a tour!
