Hoopla, which carries some of the required films for regional classes, is available via public libraries and is available for free if you have a public library card.
Cincinnati & Hamilton County Public Library
CHPL offers a Downloadable-only library card to all Ohio residents. This card allows users to access all materials in the library's "eBranch" collection, including streaming movie and TV content. To apply for a card, you do not need to visit any of the library's physical locations.
MidPointe Library System
MidPointe Library System also offers access to streaming movies and TV, and has an online card application for e-resources only.
Lane Public Library
Lane Public Library offers streaming video services to current cardholders as well. If you do not have a card for Lane Public Library, you can apply for one online, but you will need to visit a branch to show the required ID and pick it up.
