Design Thinking

What is design thinking?

Design thinking is a human-centered problem-solving and product design process based on empathy. The design thinking process starts with empathy because in order to solve a problem or design a product, it's important to deeply understand the end user. Rather than assuming what your users need, with design thinking you use deep empathy practices to put yourself in the shoes of your users, ensuring that you are truly understanding their perspective.
