New Employee 1st 30 days -- UNCLASSIFIED/LIBRARIANS

What You Will Be Doing

  • Schedule meetings with department heads and/or coordinators as needed for position
  • Online Training on the following training modules:
    • Harassment and Discrimination
    • Bridges: Building a Supportive Community (Title IX)
    • Diversity: Inclusion in the Modern Workplace
    • Managing Bias
  • Review the Organizational Chart
  • Review the library's mission, vision, and Catalyst program
  • Professional development including
    • Travel authorization
    • Travel reimbursement
    • Reporting (weekly, monthly, annual)
    • Library committees
    • OhioLINK (contact Systems if OStaff login needed)
    • University Senate and Faculty Assembly
