GOBI List of Profile Publishers
- Go to Reports, choose Approval Reports, and Library Publisher List.
- Select the following:
- Account(s) wanted
- Choose publishers in approval plan(s) or not in approval plan(s)
- Choose publishers: all, UP, or Trade & Other
- Method of delivery: (e.g., e-mail)
- Format of delivery: (e.g, PDF, HTML, csv, etc.)
- Click Submit (green arrow at top of screen)
- Click "to view results, visit Report Administration Page".
Reports remain available in your GOBI account for 10 days.
GOBI Searches
Basic Search
- The Basic Search is found at the top of the GOBI site.
- Under Options and My Preferences, you can change the default for the Basic Search drop-down menus.
- The Basic Search searches the entire universe of titles within GOBI, not just those profiled for Miami.
- Choosing keyword from the drop-down menu searches all indexed fields.
Search Results
- Faceting is now available in the left pane of search results to narrow your results.
- Note that while you may use the Reviews facet to narrow your search to titles with reviews, you won't be able to access the reviews (we don't pay for this feature in GOBI).
- Results can be sorted by a number of fields by clicking on the Sort button at the top left.
- Results can be filtered to both include and exclude some characteristics.
Standard Search & Advanced Search
- Standard and Advanced Searches are available under the Search menu at the top of GOBI.
- Standard Search searches the entire universe of titles in GOBI and allows you to limit by some fields (but not by fund number).
- Advanced Search searches only those items that have been profiled for approval and allows you to use profile information to limit your search.
Search Results
- Note that facets do not display on the search results for these search types.
- Sorting and filters are available.
