ABS-M30

ABS-M30 is 25 to 70 percent stronger than standard ABS, making it ideal for concept modeling, functional prototyping, manufacturing tools and end use parts. With significantly stronger layer bonding than ABS and greater tensile, impact and flexural strength, ABS-M30 parts are stronger, smoother and have better feature detail.

ASA

For superior aesthetics in consistently high-quality parts, ASA provides UV stability and 10 color choices for all-purpose prototyping.

The material's UV resistance makes it well-suited for end-use parts for outdoor commercial and infrastructure use. Soluble support material enables hands-free removal.

PC-ABS

Engineers and designers use PC-ABS in demanding applications like power-tool prototyping and industrial equipment manufacturing.

Tough, durable and heat-resistant, PC-ABS results in stronger parts and prototypes that mimic the material properties of the final product.

PC-ABS works with soluble support, so complex parts with deep internal cavities take no extra effort.

Form 2 Standard Resin

Greyscale Resins for Prototypes and Models

With a matte surface finish, opaque appearance, and precise details, Black, White, and Grey Resins are ready to use right off the printer. Their neutral undertone also makes a great base for parts that will eventually be painted or undergo other finishing processes.

Clear Resin for Transparent Applications

Stereolithography 3D printing technology makes clear prints possible on the desktop. Clear Resin is great for fluidics and moldmaking, optics, lighting, and any parts requiring translucency.

Engineering Resin Family

Grey Pro Resin for Versatile Prototyping

Grey Pro Resin offers high precision, moderate elongation, and low creep. This material is great for concept modeling and functional prototyping, especially for parts that will be handled repeatedly.

Grey Pro Resin is ideal for:
  • Form and fit testing
  • Injection molded product prototypes
  • Mold masters for plastics, silicones, and more
  • Jigs and fixtures for manufacturing

Durable Resin for Low Friction and Wear

With low modulus, high elongation, and high impact strength, Durable Resin produces parts with a smooth, glossy finish and high resistance to deformation. Use this material for applications requiring minimal friction.

Durable Resin is ideal for:
  • Consumer packaging
  • Bushings and bearings
  • Snap fits and flexures
  • Living hinges

Tough Resin for Rugged Prototyping

Tough Resin balances strength and compliance, making it the ideal choice for prototyping strong, functional parts and assemblies that will undergo brief periods of stress or strain.

Tough Resin is ideal for:
  • Sturdy prototypes
  • Interference and press fits
  • Assemblies

Flexible Resin for Hard Flexible Parts

An 80A Shore durometer material for more rigid flexible parts with a matte-black soft-touch finish. Choose Flexible Resin to create ergonomic features as part of larger assemblies.

Flexible Resin is ideal for:
  • Cushioning and damping
  • Wearables and consumer goods prototyping
  • Handles, grips, and overmolds
