Articles & More Usage

Session or Interface Usage Report: Details about user sessions in Articles & More / Books & More (a user session occurs when a patron accesses either interface from anywhere or any device). Session timeout is 30 minutes.

Count (number of times EDS is accessed)
Average Length (duration of session in minutes)
Searches (number of searches)
Total Full Text (number of all full text requests)
PDF Full Text (number of PDF full text requests)
HTML Full Text (number of HTML full text requests)
Image/Video (number of images/videos requested)
Abstract (total number of requests for abstracts)
Smark Link To (number of times users clicked on links to full text records from EBSCOhost citations to full text articles in other EBSCOhost databases)
Custom Link (number of times users clicked on the Find It button)

Database Usage Report: Details about database use and access from within Articles & More / Books & More by year and month.

Sessions (number of user sessions)
Turnaways (number of unsuccessful access attempts; primarily for single user e-books)
