  1. Use Google to identify a location particularly tied to your issue
  2. Follow up with identifying universities and/or research centers in that location
  3. Many universities have websites that end in .edu, even internationally. Limit search results by adding to your search. BUT remember that this isn't always the case, so this might not always be useful
  4. Search the university's website for programs related to your issue
