Poetry has been a part of social and academic life at Miami University since the early 1800's. A new exhibition that opened in the Walter Havighurst Special Collections and Archives in King Library in March of 2023, explores the rich history of Poetry at Miami, with a particular focus on poetry and student life:
This exhibition, curated by Miami students Caroline Funk, Nya Hodge, Anastasija Mladenovska, and librarian Mark Dahlquist considers how student poetry at Miami from the 1820's to the present reflected on human experiences, and engaged with social change.
This gallery exhibition opened Thursday March 9 of 2023 and closed on January 10, 2024.
