Does someone have a  page in their guide that you'd like to reuse in yours?

1. Click the plus sign to add a new tab.
2. Select Reuse Existing Page on the top of the box.
3. Select the guide that contains the page you’re interested in.
4. Select the page.
5. Create a page name.
6. Choose the position.
7. If you are looking to have a complete copy that is NOT linked to the original creator’s page, then check the “Copy” box. 
8. If you want to link to the creator’s page and don’t need to update it, then don’t check the box.
9. Save.

Springshare offers detailed help on how to perform functions in LibGuides.  Go to the Help link in the top dashboard.

Click on the "eye" icon to preview what your guide will look like to the public as you're working on it.

A standardized font type and color are more user friendly and don't distract a user.  Here is how to standardize the font in your boxes.

Within each box, click on the pencil to edit the text.  Select all the text and then click on this icon:

You can add a chat box where students can contact you individually.  Here are the instructions for creating this box directly below your profile box on all Subject Guides:

1. Add Box  --> Create New Standard Box named "Questions?"
2. Add/Reorder ---> Media / Widget --> Reuse Existing Widget
3. Search for your name

• Go to your LibGuides Dashboard
• Click on "Edit Existing Guide"
• Choose a Guide
• Click on the Settings button (upper right, gear symbol)
• Choose "Delete This Guide"
