Knowledge Unlatched is an international e-book publishing project that allows a variety of scholarly monographs to be made open access (free to the world) through the support of participating libraries. These books are from well-established university and scholarly presses and will also be published in print format. Miami University Libraries is a charter member of Knowledge Unlatched.
The Open Library of Humanities (OLH) is a gold open access, peer-reviewed, internationally-supported, academic-led, not-for-profit, mega-journal, multi-journal and books platform for the humanities. It is funded by an international library consortium and so has no author-facing charges. Miami University Libraries is a member of the library consortium that supports OLH.
